This privacy policy governs your use of the software application "pokerfolio" (the "Application") for mobile devices.

What information does the Application collect and how is it used?

User Provided Information

The Application obtains the information you provide when you authenticate. Authentication is mandatory to use the core features of the Application.

When you authenticate using Google Sign-In (OAuth), we collect the following personal information to create and manage your account:

• Name
• Email address
• User ID (A unique ID, such as a Firebase UID, to associate you with your data)

We also collect and store the data you create within the app ("User-Generated Content"):

• Poker Hand Histories: This includes all data you log about a poker hand, such as cards, actions, and pot sizes.
• Gemini Analysis Results: The results of any AI-powered analysis of your hands are stored and linked to your account.

Automatically Collected Information

In addition, the Application may collect certain information automatically, including:

• Financial Information (Purchase History): We collect a history of your in-app purchases and subscriptions (e.g., "silver", "gold" tier) to manage your entitlements and provide the correct number of analysis tokens. We do not collect or store your credit card numbers; all payments are processed by Google.
• Crash Logs and Diagnostics: We collect data related to app crashes and performance to help us identify and fix bugs and improve stability.
• Device or other IDs: The Application uses the Google AdMob SDK, which collects and shares your device's Advertising ID to provide personalized rewarded advertisements. This ID is used for advertising and marketing purposes.

Why do we collect this information?

We use the collected data for the following purposes:

• App Functionality: To create your account, log you in, save your hand histories, sync your data to the cloud (Firebase Firestore), and manage your subscription status and analysis tokens.
• Analytics: To monitor app performance, fix crashes, and understand how users interact with the app.
• Advertising or Marketing: To serve rewarded video ads that allow you to earn in-app tokens.

Does the Application share this information with third parties?

We do not share your Personal Information or User-Generated Content with third parties, except in the circumstances described in this policy.

• Service Providers: Your data is "collected" and transmitted to our backend service providers (Google Cloud Firestore, Google Cloud Run) who store the data on our behalf.
• Advertising Partners: As stated, we "share" your device's Advertising ID with Google AdMob to serve rewarded ads.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose information as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process.

We do not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13.
